By pre-ordering Jingle Bell Java, you will guarantee your order and you will be able to pick up your coffee order early starting Saturday, July 18.

New this year: We will have a table in our parking lot on Saturday, July 18, for customers to pick up their Jingle Bell Java pre-orders. We are taking payment at the time a pre-order is placed to help expedite the pickup process and allow for social distancing.

Christmas in July week will run July 20-25 and Jingle Bell Java will be available while quantities last.

When is payment due for my Jingle Bell Java pre-order?

This year we are taking payment at the time the pre-order is placed.

Can I have my Jingle Bell Java order shipped to me?

Yes, we charge $9/per address for shipping. Your order will ship on or around July 18.

If I pre-order Jingle Bell Java when will it be ready for pick up?

PICKUP: Saturday, July 18

SHIPPING: Your Jingle Bell Java pre-order will ship on or around July 18. If you place your order online, you will receive a shipping confirmation when you order ships.

I placed a pre-order but an unable to pick my order up on Saturday, July 18. Can I pick up my order the following week?

Yes. You may pick up your order any time after July 18.

Online the option for Jingle Bell Java is either whole bean or ground-auto drip. Can I request a different grind style?

We can accommodate requests for a different grind style. Please use the note/comment section of the online store when you place your coffee order and let us know which coffees you would like to be ground differently (i.e. Jingle Bell Java ground coarse for French press).

I would like to order another coffee along with my Jingle Bell Java pre-order. When will the order be ready?

We will fill complete coffee orders. If you place a Jingle Bell Java pre-order that includes another coffee, your entire order will be ready for pick up on July 18 or will ship on or around July 18.

Please place a separate order if you would like your non-Jingle Bell Java coffee to be ready before July 18.  

I did not place a Jingle Bell Java pre-order. Will you have any Jingle Bell Java during the Christmas in July week?

We will have a limited amount of Jingle Bell Java available while quantities last during the week of July 20. In past years we have sold out of Jingle Bell Java before the end of the Christmas in July week.

Organic Honduran Casitas

This is the first Fair Trade Certified organic coffee we have had from the CAFESCOR cooperative in Casitas, Honduras. Grown in western Honduras, this is a heavy-bodied, well balanced medium roast coffee.

The CAFESCOR Cooperative, founded in 2012, is made up of 131 members and harvest generally takes place November-February. The coffee is processed as a fully washed, then the coffee undergoes 12-24 hours fermentation. The coffee is then dried using patio and mechanical drying.

The cooperative promotes social and environmental practices, reducing pollution and conserving water while protecting the region’s biodiversity.

When you arrive in our parking lot please give us a call and we will place your order on the contactless table outside our front door. ONLINE SHOPPING: We offer a limited selection at our online store during this time. Please visit our online store. Orders placed and paid for online can be pickup up, please select PICKUP at the checkout. Most online orders that select curbside pickup are ready in less than 45 minutes.

SOCIAL DISTANCING: We are allowing two customers in at a time in our retail space and our floor has been marked for social distancing. For the health of our employees and customers, please place your order by phone (440-260-7509) and pay by credit card for contactless curbside pickup. Our staff will be taking coffee and brewing equipment off the shelf for customers. We have increased cleaning frequency for tables, high touch areas and doorknobs. Customers are encouraged to wear a mask/facial covering. Hand sanitizer is available for customers.

SANITARY POLICIES: We are continuing to follow all precautions to keep our staff and customers safe.

We are closely monitoring reports from the World Health Organization; Centers for Disease Control and Prevention; and federal, state, and local agencies to align our guidelines with health authority recommendations. We would like to emphasize that our production facility is not accessible to the public.

Below are some of the tactics we are doing to maintain the healthy status of our business.  

  • We are promoting safe hygiene practices and providing sanitization supplies for all employees.
  • We have increased the frequency of our cleaning schedule.
  • Hand sanitizer is available for customers at our Tasting Room.
  • We are temporarily suspending the following: company meetings, non-essential travel, on-site vendor and customer meetings, public tasting events and sampling.
  • Our production area is not accessible to the public.

“Stay at Home” Order: On Sunday the state of Ohio issued a Stay at Home Order effective 11:59 p.m. on March 23, 2020, until 11:59 p.m. on April 6, 2020. Ohio Governor Mike DeWine announced on April 2 that Ohio’s Stay at Home order has been extended until 11:59 p.m. on May 1, 2020. 

Only those businesses designated as an essential business are allowed to remain open. The Governor included food/beverage manufactures as an essential business, therefore Red Cedar Coffee Co. will remain open for business.
