The health and well-being of our customers, guests, and employees continues to be our highest priority, and we are closely monitoring the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). As this continues to have an increased impact on our communities, we feel it is important to inform our customers about the steps Red Cedar Coffee Co. is taking to help keep you, our employees, and our communities safe and healthy.

SENIOR/ VULNERABLE HOURS: 8am-9am

HOURS: 9am-4pm

CURBSIDE PICKUP: Please call us with your order (440-260-7509) and credit card information. Give us a call from the parking lot when you arrive, and we will run your order out to your car. We also offer contactless pick up as an option where we place you order on a table outside our front door.

SOCIAL DISTANCING: We are allowing one customer in at a time in our retail space. We are sanitizing tables and doorknobs after each customer leaves our retail space. Please consider calling in your order in advance for curbside pickup.

MAIL ORDER: We can ship your order to you via USPS. Please call (440-260-7509), fax (440-260-7517) or email (info@redcedarcoffee.com) us with your order and shipping information. Please visit this link for our Mail Order Form.

A heartfelt thank you goes out to all those who have been supporting our small business during this difficult time. We are grateful for your generosity. We will do everything in our power to keep you updated with any new information as it presents itself to us.

SANITARY POLICIES: We are continuing to follow all precautions to keep our staff and customers safe.

We are closely monitoring reports from the World Health Organization; Centers for Disease Control and Prevention; and federal, state, and local agencies to align our guidelines with health authority recommendations. We would like to emphasize that our production facility is not accessible to the public.

Below are some of the tactics we are doing to maintain the healthy status of our business.  

  • We are promoting safe hygiene practices and providing sanitization supplies for all employees.
  • Employees are cross-trained with the ability to fill in if people are unable to come to work.
  • We are temporarily suspending the following: company meetings, non-essential travel, on-site vendor and customer meetings, public tasting events and sampling.

“Stay at Home” Order: On Sunday the state of Ohio issued a Stay at Home Order effective 11:59 p.m. on March 23, 2020, until 11:59 p.m. on April 6, 2020. Only those businesses designated as an essential business are allowed to remain open. The Governor included food/beverage manufactures as an essential business, therefore Red Cedar Coffee Co. will remain open for business.

Our Roaster’s Choice Coffee Tour features flavorful single origin, limited offerings, and outstanding micro lot coffees in a 3-, 6-. or 12-month subscription.

Each month of the our we will ship one pound of freshly roasted coffee, chosen by our expert roasters, to you or the recipient of your choice.

Want to let the lucky recipient know to look out for coffee each month? We provide a gift card that you can mail or give them in person!

Can’t make it to our Tasting Room in Berea? We can help! Red Cedar Coffee can ship our freshly roasted coffee directly to your home or office. Simply call us or fax our order form and we will add your coffee to the next roast.

We package our coffee in 16 oz. (one pound) bags and ship via USPS. Once you place your coffee order it is placed into the next roast so you’ll receive fresh coffee.
