Terms & Conditions

We roast our coffee to order. Since we can’t roast every coffee we carry every day, please give us a few days so that we may send you the freshest coffee possible. It will be worth it!

We list our current coffee offerings and pricing on our company website. We are not responsible for information including that which may be out of date on third party websites.

A valid credit card is required at the time an order is placed for Mail Order customers. A mail order will not ship if the credit card number is declined.

In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Red Cedar Coffee Co. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

General Shipping Rules & Guidelines

We roast only to order Monday and Wednesday. Orders received after 8am on Mondays will roast the following Wednesday. Orders received after 8am Wednesday will be roasted the following Monday.

In the event a U.S. federal holiday (New Year’s Eve/Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day/July 4th, Labor Day, and Christmas Eve/Day) falls on a Monday, we will roast your coffee order the following business day.

Note: occasionally issues out of our control such as weather may arise that will delay your order.

We ship our coffee via USPS Priority Mail. We cannot guarantee the arrival time of any package. Once your order leaves our roasting facility it is in control of USPS. However, we can provide assistance in tracking your package. We currently ship USPS Monday-Friday.

We are currently unable to ship orders internationally.


Because fresh coffee is a perishable food, it cannot be returned.

Merchandise cannot be returned if it is opened. These include brewers, grinders, and apparel. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

If your order contains an error please call us at 440.260.7509 or email info@redcedarcoffee.com within 5 days of arrival to arrange a replacement.
